What do we do with the information you provide?

Your registration requires a valid email address and we collect the e-mail addresses of those who register with us. We also collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us or if Members volunteer information, such as survey information and site registrations.

Your email address is never displayed on this site without your explicit permission.

We may request further personal information so that we can improve or enhance our service to you. However at all times you can be certain that:

1) The Company will store all your personal data securely.

2) We will not share or transfer your personal data to third parties, unless you specifically ask us to for a particular purpose (e.g. a competition) or as required by law.

Site visitors who are not Members are not automatically recognized and no information regarding the domain or their e-mail address is collected.

Cookies

The Company uses cookies to record user-specific information. This may include what pages users access and also to track what CarbonCreds are due to a Member.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information [including proprietary information] that we maintain about them, including unique identifier information (e.g., member number and password), transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number).

Members can access this information by e-mailing us using the contact us form.

To assist our Members we use an 'auto-login' process which means you do not need to re-enter your password each visit to the CarbonCred web site. You can enable this option using the check button but care should be used if other people have access to the computer you are using.
